The new 'Super-steer' has a softer feel and a lighter weight, along with dynamic beauty and durability. Weighing in around 22-3 ounces, with a 5 degree angle and 9.5' blade standard, the "super steer" offers plenty of power and efficiency. The blade is wrapped in double banded ash, for edge protection and added durability -- this also allows the blade to lose some of its body, thus lightening it up some. For those who like to actually stroke while steering, this paddle should fit you quite well. Its weight and smoothness combine for a very sweet feel. It is also available in a more aggressive 7 degree angle.
